Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products sold on Dr. Pen® Microneedling, we have a strict no-returns policy unless the products are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Submit photos and order information to support our assessment
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund upon confirmation.
