Which Device Should I Purchase?

Is It Painful?

The length of the needle used and whether or not numbing lotion is applied will determine how uncomfortable the procedure is for you. You will feel less discomfort if the needle length is shorter. For longer lengths, up to 0.25mm, it is recommended to apply a numbing lotion before needling. Applying a serum like hyaluronic acid, which creates a lubricating effect, may help ease some discomfort during the procedure.

How Often Should I Use Dr Pen?

It is okay to use Dr. Pen every four to six weeks. You will need at least three treatments to stimulate collagen production. Scar reduction typically requires three to six sessions. The interval between treatments should be four to six weeks.
